At Lishy Luxe, we take pride in creating thoughtfully curated products designed to delight you. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item SHOULD NOT BE damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival
  • You contact us within 72 HOURS of receiving your order
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is provided

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be non-returnable (see Section 4).

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene, customisation, or clearance reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Earrings or pierced jewellery (if applicable)
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Mystery or surprise bundles (unless faulty or incorrect)
  • Used or opened stationery/journal kits (unless defective upon arrival)

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Refunds

If your return is approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Processing time is typically 5–10 business days after approval
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We sincerely apologise if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.

To resolve this:

  • Contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer:

  • A replacement (if available)
  • A refund
  • Or store credit, depending on the situation

5. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • Defective items
  • Incorrect items sent

We do not offer size or preference-based exchanges unless otherwise stated.

If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item (if eligible).

6. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at [email protected]
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Attach supporting images (if applicable)
  4. Wait for approval and return instructions

Do not send items back without approval, as they may not be processed.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • We are not responsible for lost return parcels

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your bank or payment provider (processing delays may occur)
  • Then contact us if the issue persists

9. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 7 hours of purchase, provided they have not already been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

10. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website.
